Return and Refund Policy

You may return most items purchased from Scoobybuy within 10 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Perishable items (such as pet food and treats), opened items, or products that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable:

  • Opened pet food, treats, and supplements.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Gift cards, vouchers, and other non-physical items.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.

3. Return Process

If your item is eligible for a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@scoobybuy.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Please include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  • Shipping the Item: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely.
  • Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the item is in its original, unused condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Email support@scoobybuy.com with your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including return shipping costs, once the issue is confirmed.

5. Refunds

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days after we process your return for the refund to appear on your account.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition, missing parts, etc.).

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the product according to our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Cancellations
